How to reach the Laitacherhof

At the gateway to the artists’ town of Klausen, directly beneath the Säben Monastery rock – central, quiet, and close to both train and bus.

Adress: St. Josef 6, 39043 Klausen (BZ) –South Tyrol (IT)

From the north (Brenner): Take the A22 towards Bolzano and exit at Klausen/Chiusa. At the roundabout turn right, after approx. 100 m turn left at the junction towards Klausen. After the petrol station (approx. 300 m) turn right into the side street (signposted “Residence Laitacherhof”) and follow the road for about 200 m.

From the south (Bolzano): Take the A22 towards Brenner and exit at Klausen/Chiusa. At the roundabout turn right, after approx. 100 m turn left at the junction towards Klausen. After the petrol station (approx. 300 m) turn right into the side street “Residence Laitacherhof” and continue for about 200 m to the entrance.

By train: Long-distance trains to Brixen/Bressanone (approx. 15 km). From there, regional train or bus to Klausen/Chiusa station; onward travel to the residence is short – the bus stop is about a one-minute walk away.

Payment Terms

Prices are per day and apartment, based on a minimum stay of 7 nights. A small surcharge applies to shorter stays.

Your reservation becomes valid once we receive the deposit of €300.00 to €600.00 per week. The booking is binding upon receipt of the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

For your stay, the following terms apply (no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code). We grant the following conditions instead:

Cancellation of the vacation between January 6 and January 31, 2026, and between March 1 and March 31 is free of charge, provided that the cancellation is made at least one month before the start of the trip. From one month before the start of the trip, the full trip price (100%) will be charged in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation up to 10 weeks before departure is free of charge. Cancellation less than 10 weeks before departure is no longer possible, and 100% of the booking value will be charged to the guest.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full price will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
